超希少な石灰も凝固剤も使わない本物の「純粋黒糖」

熊本県芦北町で農薬や化学肥料を使わず栽培されたサトウキビが原料です。
原材料はさとうきびだけで、化学溶剤・凝固剤や消石灰などの添加物は一切使われず、昔ながらの方法で煮詰めて固めています。

一般的な黒糖では、煮詰めたサトウキビ汁に石灰を入れてpH調整・固める工程を行うことが多いのですが、ばらん家ではその工程を省き、自然のまま仕上げています。

このため、サトウキビ本来の風味や自然のミネラルが残った、やさしい甘さの黒糖になります。

原材料の成分をそのまま残した製法で仕上げ、ミネラル・カルシウムもたっぷり！
甘さ控えめ、スッキリとした味わいで、和三盆と同様口に入れるとホワッと舌に溶けます♪

パウダー状になっているので、様々な料理の調味料としてはもちろん、和洋菓子の材料やトッピングとしても
たいへん使いやすくなっています♪
