愛知県西三河産の口の中で抜群のうまみ・香りが広がる海苔です。
環境にやさしい無酸処理の焼き海苔をふりかけやすいように刻んでいます。

海苔屋筋では全国的に評価の高い愛知海苔ですが、その中の西三河産の海苔は口の中で抜群のうまみ・香りが広がります。きざみのりは乾海苔を焼き上げた後、全型の3分の1サイズにカットしてから刻んでいます。
酸処理は主に病気予防のためにクエン酸などが含まれた酸処理剤につける作業です。
この生態系に影響を与えるかもしれない酸処理がされていない環境にやさしい海苔です。

麺類・和食にふりかけたり、お好きな料理にトッピングして磯の風味をアップできます。
素麺、冷し中華、和風パスタなど、シンプルな料理に振りかけていただくと海苔のうま身が引き立ちます。
