サルモレラ菌心配の少ない純国産鶏種（外来品種ではない）「ごとうさくら」の卵です。
ワクチン、ホルモン剤や、抗生物質不使用
餌は遺伝子組替ではないとうもろこし、大豆粕、コーングルテンミールなど。
富士山の麓で、富士の伏流水を飲んでのびのびと育った鶏からとれた卵です。
黄身の色は着色をしていないので自然な色です。
殻の洗浄は薬品や紫外線等を使用せず、湯洗いしています。
鶏舎は開放鶏舎で太陽光、自然風が自由に入る鶏にやさしい建物で飼育しております。
産卵を促す”強制換羽”は行っておりません。
