1980年より“Living is sharing”を大切に、吟味した餌で飼育された健康な豚と鳥を原料に、化学調味料・保存料・発色剤などを一切使用せず、時間をかけてじっくり熟成させて自然の旨みを引き出したハムを作る岐阜県「山の上ハム工房ゴーバル」。

ソーセージに合うマスタードを作ってみようと試行錯誤して生まれたこのアップルマスタードは、ソーセージやハムにつけると味がぐっと引き立ち、それだけでなくサラダやサンドイッチ、スープなどの隠し味に活用してもおいしく、あると便利な1本です。

開封後に保存しておいても、かびたり傷んだりしにくいのも､使いやすさのひとつです。
