三陸アルガソルト、これは何なのかと言うと、
ワカメの根っ子にあるメカブの中芯部分と、元茎と呼ばれる太い硬い茎、その二箇所を「生」の状態から多段階に乾燥工程を経て粉末に加工した100%純ワカメだけの珍しい貴重な粉です。

アルギン酸、海藻にしかない栄養素が含まれる、現在人に不足しているカルシュウム、カリュウムが大量に含まれているスーパーヘルスフード、三陸アルガソルト。
