原料
てんさい糖（国内製造）、茶（オーガニック）

西製茶の有機栽培霧島茶を原料に、
酢酸菌や酵母などが共生するスコービー菌で
じっくりと発酵させた、伝統的な発酵飲料「コンブチャ」。

欧米では「KOMBUCHA（紅茶キノコ）」として親しまれ、発酵を取り入れたライフスタイルに寄り添う飲み物として日常的に楽しまれています。

煎茶コンブチャは、煎茶ならではのやさしい旨みと、発酵由来のフルーティーな酸味が調和した、すっきりとした味わい。
甘さ控えめで、食事と合わせても、そのままでも心地よくお楽しみいただけます。

原料には、有機栽培霧島茶と国産のてんさい糖のみを使用。昔ながらの発酵製法を大切にしながら、素材本来の風味を引き出すよう丁寧に仕込みました。

コンブチャには、酢酸菌や酵母、乳酸菌などの発酵由来の多様な微生物が含まれており、日々のコンディションを意識する方や、軽やかな生活習慣を心がけたい方の飲み物として取り入れられています。
