山梨産の自然栽培（無肥料・無農薬）で育てた大麦の麦茶です。

自家採種、自然栽培で育てた大麦を昭和１５年創業の東京都練馬区の（有）川原製粉所にて焙煎。
焙煎窯は昔ながらのレンが造りの石窯です。遠赤外線の効果で中までじっくりと火を通し、職人の熟練した温度調整により香り高い麦茶へと仕上げています。
ノンカフェインなので小さなお子さまや妊娠中の方も安心してお飲みいただけます。

自然栽培ってどんな栽培法なの？
肥料や農薬に頼らず、自然を尊重し植物と土が持つ力によって自然に負担をかけない永続的な農業方法。
土づくりや種を含めて考えた完全無肥料・無農薬栽培のこと。

～丸玄さんの取り組み～
丸玄では、農薬・化学肥料・有機肥料・除草剤を使わない自然栽培に取り組んでいます。
畑の栽培面積は年々増えて令和3年では約90,000㎡（東京ドーム敷地面積約2個分）あります。

農薬や肥料を一切使わないので、通常の農業よりも手作業でやることがとても多く本当に大変です・・・が
家族単位だけではなく、家族、仲間、次の世代である子供たちに本当に安心で安全な食を届けたい想いで作っています。
